*3 Hours (Live or Recorded) of Lecture/Group Work with bathroom breaks.

*Please set yourself up with some snacks wherever you will be joining in by phone/computer, it's important to ground while you're taking in this information, and eating is grounding.

*If you can, please obtain a copy of the book: Holding Space- A Guide to Supporting Others While Remembering to Take Care of Yourself First in digital or print form before the training if at all possible. If not, please obtain it ASAP. Purchase it HERE
